Refunds & Returns

We want you to absolutely love your Spellbound purchase! Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Preorder Cancellations

You may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before production begins.

Once production has begun, your preorder can no longer be canceled or refunded, as your item has been included in our production order and is being made specifically based on preorder demand.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the preorder process so you know when your item enters production.

Preorder Changes

Need to change your size or color? Changes can be requested before production begins, subject to availability.

Once production begins, we cannot guarantee changes, as quantities and sizes are finalized with our manufacturer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. These issues are handled separately from our standard 7-day return policy.
