Each color is made in small batches. When a color gets 38 orders, it goes into production. Making the dresses takes about 40 days. When they arrive at our warehouse, we pack and ship your order right away.

We are a small business. Making dresses in small batches means we don't make too many, and it lets us keep bringing you new colors and styles.

Check The Magic Meter, our live pre-order tracker. It shows how many orders each color has toward its goal of 38 and updates every morning.

If you ordered a pre-order color, rest assured: we'll stay in touch and let you know how close we are to hitting the goal. Don't hesitate to reach out anytime. We're always happy to give updates! 💌

Your order stays in line until your color reaches 38 orders. We keep sharing every color to help it get there fast, and we will email you when your dress goes into production.

You won't wait forever! If a color doesn't reach its goal in a reasonable time, we will reach out. You can switch to a color that is already being made, or get a full refund.

The Magnolia Warrior is in production right now: it takes about 40 days to make, then it ships to you.

Part of Your World and The Golden Library are being made now: their fabric is ordered. Once it arrives, production takes about 40 days.

Other colors ship after they reach 38 orders and finish production (about 40 days). The 40 days does not include the wait to reach 38 orders or the time it takes to travel to our warehouse.

When your order ships, you get an email with your tracking number.

Good news: The Glass Slipper and The Sleeping Rose are in our warehouse and ship within 24 hours! The first batch of orders went out on October 23, and new orders ship within 24 hours. No pre-order goal to wait on.

"Fabric ordered" means we've decided to make this color now, even before it reaches 38 pre-orders! 🎉 The fabric for this batch is ordered.

Getting the fabric is its own step and is not part of the 40-day production time. Once the fabric arrives, production starts and takes about 40 days. Then the dresses travel to our warehouse and we ship your order.

Yes, as long as the size you want is still available. Please ask as soon as you can, because sizes can sell out once dresses are finished. Email us your order number and the new size.

You can exchange within 7 days of delivery. The dress must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all tags on. Exchanges depend on what sizes and colors we have left.

Yes! It has a built-in bra, built-in shorts with hidden phone pockets, a tummy-control bodice and buttery-soft 4-way stretch fabric, so you can walk, ride and twirl all day.

Trying to take an extra sparkly pic? 4–6 PM golden hour is the BEST time to film that perfect video. The low sun makes every rhinestone light up.

Hand wash only in cold water, then hang to dry. Turn it inside out first. Please don't machine wash, tumble dry, bleach or scrub the rhinestones. Washed this way, it won't shrink.

No, our rhinestones are double heat-set for a stronger hold, so they stay put through rides, hugs and twirls. Just follow the washing steps above to keep them sparkling.
