Good to know

My tracking hasn't moved

Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your label is made. If it hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us and we'll check on it for you.

It says delivered, but I don't have it

Check with neighbors, around your porch and your mailbox, and give it one more day (carriers sometimes scan early). Still missing? Send us a request and choose "My package was lost, stolen, damaged or wrong." If you added shipping protection, we send a free replacement.

I ordered a pre-order color and an in-stock color

Your in-stock dress ships first, and your pre-order ships as soon as it's ready. You'll get a tracking email for each one.

I can't sign in to my account

Use the same email you ordered with. We email you a 6-digit code, so there's no password to remember. Check your spam folder if the code doesn't show up.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Pre-orders can be changed or canceled until production starts. Start a request here.
